## 発達障害と慢性炎症について

はじめまして、神奈川県座間市で整骨院と不妊整体を開院しています

柔道整復師の菊地奈美子です。

いつもブログを読んでいただきありがとうございます。

今日は、発達障害と慢性炎症についてお話ししたいと思います。

　炎症とは、感染症やアレルギー外傷などの刺激により、血管が広がり、血流が増加し、白血球・赤血球がその部分の治療のために集まるメカニズムのことでそのために赤くなったり、

しかし、慢性炎症は様々な弊害をもたらします。

発達障害は、従来は原因不明であること、脳の器質的発達障害や先天的要因、遺伝的要素が強いとされて来ましたが、現代では50％は後天的な要因が占めているともされています。発達障害の原因として考えられるものは研究が進んでいます。

慢性炎症の原因は

1. 細菌ウイルスなどの感染
2. アレルギー反応
3. 物理的因子（外傷・やけど）
4. 科学的因子（有害物質）

そして、体の中で慢性炎症を起こしやすい場所は、上咽頭・扁桃・腸の３つです。

有害ミネラルの排泄、慢性炎症の抑制などの観点からも考えるとやはり腸内環境を整えることは重要だと考えます。

腸内の慢性炎症→排泄系の低下→肝機能低下・解毒機能低下・タンパク質代謝分解低下→

吸収機能低下→便秘・下痢・老廃物の蓄積→栄養吸収障害→脳内ビタミンB６代謝障害・欠乏→セロトニン・ドーパミン・グルタミン・GABAのバランス異常や脳細胞の変性→脳内神経伝達物質の合成低下→行動や思考の偏り

・わかめ・昆布・海藻

・とまと

・サーモン（天然）

・EXバージンオイル

・ブドウ・ベリー

・オメガ３

・ブロッコリー

・生姜

・にんにく

・キャベツ

・ウコン

・ナッツ類

・βカロテン

・ビタミンB1,2,6

・ビタミンA,C,D,E

・マグネシウム

・亜鉛
